Chloé Moulin
Scientific biography
Chloe Moulin completed her doctoral training at the University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where her research focused on the molecular mechanisms and cellular dynamics involved in injury response and functional optic nerve regeneration, the long-term goal being to identify targetable pathways for vision-preserving therapies. She joined the Institut de la Vision as a postdoctoral researcher in the Nicol/Fassier lab, investigating axon guidance, cytoskeleton dynamics, and strategies to promote the growth and restore the connectivity of regenerating or transplanted retinal ganglion cell axons. Her work ultimately aims to advance optic nerve repair and visual restoration in glaucoma.
