INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS
  • Our unit acts as the link between the Institute's researchers and the industrial and entrepreneurial ecosystem. In coordination with technology transfer offices, it supports private stakeholders who wish to engage in scientifically valuable collaborations, with a shared ambition: to ensure that our teams' discoveries find their way to patients.

We are involved at every stage, from identifying projects with potential to structuring partnerships and protecting intellectual property, through to the industrial development phases. Whether you wish to access a technology, co-develop a research programme or explore licensing opportunities, our team is able to guide you and facilitate connections with the scientific expertise best suited to your project.

BRAIN & MIND
  • Within Brain&Mind, my role is to structure and enhance scientific and clinical information to facilitate collaborations between the academic, clinical and industrial stakeholders of the ecosystem to which the Institut de la Vision belongs.

My missions revolve around the development of cross-cutting projects and initiatives: identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating interactions between different teams and supporting prospecting and business development activities. I also contribute to the development of automation tools and promotional materials for industrial partners, as well as to the monitoring of strategic indicators.

Supported under the France 2030 programme, Brain&Mind is a neuroscience innovation biocluster based on public and private partnerships, with the ambition of accelerating the development of diagnostic, therapeutic and technological solutions in the field of neurological, psychiatric and sensory diseases.

PROJECT FINANCE
  • My mission is to oversee the financial architecture of projects led by the Institut de la Vision by structuring long-term financing solutions tailored to the timeline of scientific research. I ensure the mobilisation and optimisation of private capital to support the Institute's key investments, by orchestrating a sophisticated financial mix combining equity, debt instruments and collective investment vehicles (FPCI).

The central challenge of my directorship is to build a hybrid and robust economic model, guaranteeing the Institut de la Vision strategic independence through market-based funding complementary to public grants. By transforming the Institute's financing needs into structured financial assets, I enable a stable and predictable allocation of resources, essential to the conduct of research programmes of international scope.
