The spin-offs embody the Institute's translational research, reflecting the strong link between fundamental research and technological innovation. Since its founding, the Institut de la Vision has fostered, supported and accompanied the creation of these innovative companies to bring scientific discoveries from the laboratory bench to the market.
The scientific work on the visual system carried out within the institute has enabled worldwide breakthroughs that are today proudly driven and developed by its spin-offs, whether through innovative therapies for patients that open new perspectives for treatment and even cure, solutions to improve the patient care pathway, or new technologies inspired by the visual system.
