Hasan Sawan

Scientific biography

Hasan Sawan is a Sorbonne University PhD student at Institut de la Vision, working at the intersection of optics, software and hardware development, focusing on wavefront shaping via the thermo-optic effect and its applications in neuroscience. His work encompasses mechanical and electronic design, alongside leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence in his research in order to develop new tools for microscopy.
