Having earned a Master Degree in Pharmacology at the Université de Montréal in 2007, I arrived at the Institut de la Vision in 2008. Since then, I specialized in gene therapy with (mainly) AAV; from the very beginning of the project, I, among others things, set up the cloning strategy that will lead to the viral particles, making or supervising the viral production and quality control. I also participate in the main steps leading to in vivo test, and many of the ex vivo test (infection and analysis of explant or primary cell's culture). I also train the students and collaborators, manage the data, answer emergency calls and I am also the lab manager.
