ANNABELLE REAUX-LE-GOAZIGO

Annabelle Réaux-Le Goazigo, PhD, researcher, CR1 at Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM) has a recognized expertise in cellular and molecular biology and behavioral Neurosciences. Her research projects are dedicated to the role of chemokines and their receptors in corneal pain by deciphering neuro-immune interactions that occur in cornea and in trigeminal ganglion. The interactions between opioid receptors and chemokine receptors are also evaluated. She participates in translational research program between the Vision Institute and the clinical investigation center (CIC 503, quinze-Vingts Hospital) to find new pain-related biomarkers and treatments for ocular pain relief.
