The Institut de la Vision, with the technical support of Lavision Biotec (Ultramicroscope) and Bitplane (Imaris), organises a 3 days course on "Tissue clearing & 3D Imaging".

Each course will include 2 sessions on :

• Immunostaining of whole organs
• Whole organ clearing using the 3DISCO/iDISCO methods
• 3D Imaging with light sheet and confocal microscopy
• Data analysis and 3D reconstruction (Imaris)
  
  Courses are given in French & English

Dates in 2018:

• November 28th to 30^th
• December 3^rd to 5^th
