Our research
Scientific research activities take up three floors in the 6,000 m2 building and group more than 200 scientists (Inserm - SU - CNRS) specialized in vision disorders. There are more than 15 research teams grouped in four departments.
Understanding of the genetic mechanisms associated with eye disorders, discovery of new genes and proteins providing retinal cell protection to preserve vision (genomics).
